I Praticelli Spa was set up in 2002 by the partnership of Consorzio Etruria scrl and COTREP scrl after being awarded the tender of Project Financing, of the Region of Tuscany- ARDSU Authority in  2001, for “the construction, management and maintenance of a University Residence in Pisa, for 30 years”.
Today I Praticelli Spa is a subsidiary of CL’A sc of Montelupo Fiorentino (FI), a general contractor company.
